Cheese French Bread

from Budweiser cookbook

1 lb finely grated Swiss cheese
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp tomato paste
hot sauce
1/4 C Budweiser
2 loaves french bread

Mix first five ingredients with enough beer to make spreadable mixture. Cut bread into 1" slits, not going completely through. Spread mixture in slits. Wrap with foil; bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
