Honey Tobasco Vegetable Stir-Fry

This was demonstrated to myself and my friend Anji at a tour of the Cooking & Hospitality Institute of Chicago

1 C honey
5 Tbsp hot sauce
1 lemon
1 orange
olive oil
Rotini, Penne, or medium shell noodles
Frozen vegetables
garlic, minced
spices as desired

Simmer honey and hot sauce in saucepan. Boil noodles. Stir fry vegetables in olive oil. Add garlic and spices. Add juices from lemon and orange. Add noodles and sauce. Stir.
