Meatloaf

6oz croutons
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
18oz ground chuck
18oz ground sirloin
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg

glaze:
1/2 C ketchup
1 tsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp honey
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
brown sugar to taste

Heat oven to 325. Mix ingredients and place in meatloaf pan. Mix glaze ingredients; pour on top. Cook 45 minutes or until internal temperature is 155.
