My Mom's Potato Salad

This is what my mom brought to family functions for YEARS. I've not had a potato salad I liked better.

16oz jar Miracle Whip
3 Tbsp yellow mustard
1 onion chopped
dash of milk (about 2 Tbsp)
salt and pepper to taste
5-6 medium potatoes, cooked cut and peeled
3-4 eggs boiled, sliced (use some slices for garnish, chop rest and put in sauce)

Combine Miracle Whip, mustard, onions and milk. Add salt and pepper and chopped eggs; mix well. Pour over hot cut potatoes. Potatoes will soak up some of the sauce, so be generous. Top with remaining sliced eggs.
