Chocolate Chess Pie

8 Tbsp butter
2 (1oz) squares unsweetened chocolate
1 C sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
1 (9") unbaked pie crust

Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter and chocolate in small saucepan over medium-low heat; stir until smooth. Combine sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt in large bowl; beat with a fork until well mixed. Add chocolate mixture to sugar mixture; stir until well combined. Pour chocolate mixture into pie crust. Bake until pie appears slightly set toward center, about 35 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
