Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

2/3 C shortening
1 1/2 C sugar
2 eggs
2/3 C sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 C all-purpose flour
1/2 C unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 C miniature chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375. Spray baking sheets with cooking spray. Cream shortening and sugar in bowl until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt on waxed paper. Add to bowl; mix well. Stir chocolate chips into bowl; do not over mix. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets, 2 inches apart. Bake until puffed, about 10 minutes; cook on baking sheets. Place on wire racks to cool completely.
