Herb Crusted Sirloin Steaks

1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried sage
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 C bread crumbs
2 Tbsp grated Romano cheese
4 (6oz) sirloin steaks
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 C olive oil

Mix rosemary, thyme, sage, slat, pepper, bread crumbs and Romano cheese in shallow bowl. Dip steaks in beaten egg, then in bread crumb mixture. Heat oil in large skillet. Cook steaks 5 minutes on each side for medium. Place steaks on serving platter. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
