I made this for a couple friends today, and I will now have to make sure I've always got Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic on hand at all times. I didn't have the tomatoes or chives, but it was still great!
1 Tbsp. Garlic Garlic™
14 oz. can drained chopped artichoke hearts
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
8 oz. diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp. dried chives
Tortilla chips
Crackers
Combine first 6 ingredients; spoon into 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers. Makes 25-30 servings.
