Easy Grands Pizza

1 can (16.3oz) Pillsbury Grands! refrigerated biscuits (8 biscuits)
1 C pizza sauce
2 C shredded mozzarella
1/2 pkg (3.5oz size) sliced pepperoni

Press each biscuit into 6-inch round. Place on 2 large or 3 small greased cookie sheets. Top each biscuit with pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven 10-15 minutes or until bottoms are deep golden brown and cheese is bubbly.

Veggie Lovers: Omit pepperoni. Cook chopped onions, sliced mushrooms and sliced red bell pepper in 1 Tbsp olive oil about 5 minutes or until limp. Top each biscuit with pizza sauce, cheese and veggie mixture. Cook as directed.
