From Dave's brother Tom. He's not my uncle, but he's somebody's uncle, and the title sounded good!
1/2 C butter
1/2 C milk
3/4 C grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
8 oz cream cheese
Slowly melt ingredients together in a double boiler. Serve over pasta.
