From Pillsbury Make It Easy Mexican Jan 1998

5 tsp margarine or butter, softened
5 (6") flour tortillas
4oz (1 cup) shredded Mexican cheese blend
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, if desired

Spread 1 teaspoon margarine evenly over each tortilla. Top each with about 3 tablespoons cheese; sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Roll up tightly; place in ungreased 12x8" microwave safe dish.
Microwave on high 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
