Pepper-Rubbed Pork Chops

From Land-O-Lakes Meals in Minutes

2 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
1-2 tsp coarsely ground pepper
1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 Tbs Land-O-Lakes Roasted Garlic Butter with Olive Oil, melted (or 1 Tbsp butter and 1 tsp minced garlic)
4 (1/2" thick) rib pork chops

Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
Combine parsley, pepper, rosemary and onion in small bowl.
Brush both sides of pork chops with garlic butter; rub parsley mixture into chops. Place pork chops on grill. Cover; grill, turning once, to desired doneness (12-14 minutes)
