Cheesy Pasta in Buttery Bread Crust

Bread, onion, butter, canned tomatoes, heavy cream, frozen peas, rigatoni pasta, mozzarella and parmesan cheese

Grease a spring form pan and line with THIN slices of bread. Cook chopped onion in melted butter, then stir in tomatoes, heavy cream and some peas. Add cooked rigatoni, along with mozzarella chunks and grated parmesan. Pour into prepared pan, cover with bread slices, some butter and more parmesan and bake until golden.
