Iced Cafe Mocha

From Every Day with Rachael Ray May 2008

Combine 1/2 C ground coffee with 2 tablespoons cocoa powder; using a coffee maker, brew with 4 cups water. Stir in 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk, then refrigerate. serve over ice and garnish with chocolate shavings.
