Artichoke Puffs

1 1/2 C grated cheddar
1 C mayo
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/4 tsp lemon pepper
2 C canned artichoke hearts, quartered
8-10 slices white bread; crusts removed, quartered

Put bread on baking sheet. Toast lightly on line side. Turn over. Put on piece artichoke on each piece of bread. Mix remaining ingredients. Spoon on top of artichokes. Heat under broiler 1 minute or until cheese is melted and puffy.
