from a Budweiser cookbook (every recipe made with beer!)
1 lg onion, chopped
2 C flat Budweiser
1/8 tsp ginger
Mix all in blender. Use on beef, pork, veal or chicken

I had a LOT of cooking magazines hanging around, along with recipes printed off the net. I got ambitious one day and put them all on here. I've tried some of them, and left my feedback on those. If you try anything, leave a comment and let me know!
