Beer Potato Salad

from: Budweiser cookbook

3/4 C mayonnaise
3/4 C sour cream
1/4 C Budweiser
6 C cubed cooked potatoes
1/2 C chopped onion
3/4 C chopped celery
1/2 lb bacon-cooked, drained and crumbled
salt and pepper to taste

Blend mayonnaise, sour cream and beer. Toss lightly with potatoes, onion and celery. Garnish with bacon. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill 3 hours
