Chive Chicken

From: Mel

6 chicken breast halves
2 Tbsp chives
1 C white wine
2-3 eggs, beaten
bread crumbs
1 stick butter
Monterrey jack cheese

Pound chicken. Wrap chicken around cheese. Dip in egg, then bread crumbs. Place in baking dish. Melt butter with chives and wine. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
