Kikkoman Super Delicious Chops

1/2 C Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1/4 C minced onion
3 cloves garlic, pressed
4 rib or loin pork chops, each about 1" thick
1 Tbsp dry white wine or water

Combine soy sauce, onion and garlic; remove and reserve 1 Tbsp mixture. Pour remaining mixture over chops in large plastic storage bag. Press air out of bag; close top securely. Turn bag over several times to coat chops. Refrigerate 1-2 hours, turning bag over occasionally. Meanwhile, mix reserved mixture and wine. Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade. Grill or broil chops 4" from heat source 9-10 minutes on each side, or until pork is just done, brushing occasionally with soy-wine mixture.
