2 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 C sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
20 caramels
2 Tbsp milk
1/2 C chopped pecans
Ready to Use Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and blend until completely smooth. Set aside. Melt caramels with milk in saucepan on low heat until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour over bottom of crust. Pour cream cheese mixture over caramel mixture. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool to room temperature; then refrigerate at least 3 hours.
