4 (4oz) turkey cutlets
1/2 C all-purpose flour, divided
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 C butter or margarine, divided
1 C sliced mushrooms
1 (14.5oz) can chicken broth
Coat turkey in 1/4 C flour seasoned with garlic salt and pepper. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey. Cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes per side; drain. Transfer to serving platter, cover to keep warm. Heat remaining butter in same skillet; add mushrooms. Saute 5 minutes. Stir in remaining flour; cook until bubbly, about 4 minutes. Stir broth into skillet. Cook, stirring continually, until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes. Drizzle sauce over turkey.
