1 Tbsp vegetable oil
4 chicken breast halves
1 can chicken broth
1 C water
1 C (6oz) orzo
1 lb frozen vegetables
3 Tbsp Caesar dressing
pinch pepper
Heat oil. Cook chicken 10 minutes or until brown. Remove from skillet; add broth & water. Heat to a boil. Stir in pasta; boil. Cook uncovered 8-10 minutes or until tender. Stir in vegetables and dressing. Add chicken & pepper. Heat to boil; reduce. Simmer 5 minutes or until done.
