Creamy Mashed Potato Casserole

6 potatoes, cubed and cooked until fork tender
1/4 C milk
8oz cream cheese
1 C sour cream
1 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp crushed garlic
1/2 C shredded cheddar

Place all ingredients, except cheese, in large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Spoon into lightly greased casserole. Cover; bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 more minutes, or until cheese is melted.
