this one sounds odd, but it's quite tasty
4 oz macaroni, cooked and drained
1 tsp butter
1/4 C bread crumbs
16oz cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1 C sour cream
2 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp dried basil
1/4 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
Melt butter in skillet. Stir in bread crumbs. Saute 4 minutes or until browned. Sprinkle in bottom of 9" spring form pan. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Continue to beat, adding eggs. Add sour cream, flour, basil, salt and garlic. Beat until smooth. Stir in 1 1/2 C macaroni and cheese. Pour on top of bread crumbs. Bake at 325 for 50-60 minutes or until slightly set in middle. Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan.
