Easy Italian Skillet Supper

1 lb Italian sausage, crumbled
1 medium onion, cut in wedges
1 green pepper, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (6.8oz) pkg Rice A Roni Spanish
1/2 C sliced pimento stuffed olives
1 (14.5 oz) can chopped tomatoes

Saute sausage, onions, pepper and garlic until sausage is no longer pink. Remove from skillet. In skillet, prepare rice as package directs, adding olives and oregano with water, tomatoes and special seasonings. Cover; simmer 15-20 minutes. Stir in sausage mixture, serve.
