1/4 C margarine or butter
1/4 C dry bread crumbs
1 (6.2oz) pkg Pasta Roni Shells & White Cheddar
2 C frozen mixed vegetables
2/3 C milk
2 C cooked chicken, chopped
Heat oven to 450. Melt 2 Tbsp butter, stir in bread crumbs. In large saucepan, combine 2 1/4 C water & remaining margarine. Bring just to a boil. Stir in pasta and vegetables. Reduce heat; boil uncovered 12-14 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed. Add milk, special seasonings and chicken. Cook 3 minutes or until pasta is tender. Transfer to 8 or 9" square glass baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 10 minutes or until bread crumbs are browned and edges are bubbly.
