Pizza Sauce

2 Tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 (28oz) can tomato puree
1 tsp dried marjoram
1 tsp dried basil
salt and pepper

Heat oil in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients; cover and bring to a boil. Uncover, lower heat and simmer 30 minutes.
