Strawberry Margarita Dessert

From Betty Crocker Easy Mexican Cooking April/May 1997

Pretzel Crust-below
1 quart (4C) strawberry ice cream, softened
1 C sliced strawberries
1/2 C frozen (thawed) margarita mix concentrate

Prepare pretzel crust. Freeze crust while preparing filling.
Mix remaining ingredients. Spoon over crust. Cover and freeze 4-6 hours or until firm. Cover and freeze any remaining dessert.

Pretzel Crust
1 1/4 C crushed pretzels
1/4 C sugar
1/2 C margarine or butter, melted

Mix all ingredients. Press mixture in bottom of ungreased springform pan, 8x3 or 9x3 inches.
