Guy Fieri's Dough Nuggets

From Guy's Big Bite

1 package store-bought biscuits
Vegetable oil, for frying
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons ground ginger
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Sugar glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk

Preheat oil to 360 degrees F.

Divide each biscuit into 4 pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Add to hot oil and fry until golden brown. Remove the nuggets to a paper towel lined plate to soak up some of the oil.
In a large paper bag combine the cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and powdered sugar. Add the nuggets to the bag and shake to coat. Place the warm nuggets onto a platter.

In a small bowl add the powdered sugar and slowly pour in the milk until the glaze is smooth and at the desired consistency. Drizzle the glaze over the nuggets and serve.

OMG! ...and so easy
hint: get a fry daddy. no mess, no clean up, no thermometer. just toss them in and within moments you have a delicious treat that's hard to beat.

it's yummy! One more idea: get Strawberry Nesquick powder and use instead of cinnamon. Delicious! We also tried chocolate milk powder, didn't like that one as much... and now I'm thinking Instant Espresso with sugar powder would be great! Love the idea, thanks Guy!
